Our LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON SWOOPER POLES and MOUNTS covers normal wear and tear.
The following situations are covered under the warranty

• Failure of any welds on mounts, due to workmanship
• Failure of coupling pins on poles, these are the pins that connect the pole together.
• Any bending of pole due to winds below 35mph. If adverse weather with high winds is forecasted poles should be brought in.
• Any failure due to workmanship, or failure of the material used.

The following situations are not covered under the warranty

• Vandalism, theft, or improper installation.
• Failure of product in inclement weather where the winds are over 35mph.
• Failure due to improper installation.

Guidelines for Limited Warranty:

• Any claim must be reported within 72 hours of product failure.
• We will need pictures of damage in most cases, and in some rare cases the product may need to be mailed back to us
• Bigtex Banners will cover shipping for any product replacement
• Warranty is valid for 1 year from date of delivery.
